Hey, I'm Jackson.

Hey, I'm Jackson.

Some know me as the guy who did nothing but play football. Some know me as the guy who never met a stranger. Yada. Yada. Yada. I’m no painter. But, when I close my eyes and listen, all I see is a canvas waiting to be constructed into a masterpiece. This is my canvas.

I’m everywhere and nowhere at the same time. I’m a kid from Virginia who decided to pack his bags and go to college North of Boston, 9 hours away from comfort. I am a creative individual who found an earth-shattering love for music production in 2015, and I’ve never really known what I’ve been doing this whole time. I taught myself the in’s and out’s. The countless years of trial and error before I even gained the confidence to send a track to a record label, upon sheer belief that it was make it or break it.

As the great psychologist Mihály Csíkszentmihályi once said in his book ‘Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience’, “The purpose of the flow is to keep on flowing, not looking for a peak or utopia but staying in the flow. It is not a moving up but a continuous flowing; you move up to keep the flow going. There is no possible reason for climbing except the climbing itself; it is a self-communication.”

Fast forward to today: 2023. Music has developed into a greater part of me and my career going forward, as I apply my skillset over the past 8 years in whatever facet I dive into. Whether it is remixing a beloved classic rock song or mimicking the undeniably eloquent pace and emotion of Toronto’s best-known producer, I seek to create where my spirit and heart guide me.

That is why I try to operate in the Flow State.
